Beware of the Powers of the Green Lantern with Exciting Green Lantern Party Games

The Green Lanterns possess a power ring, one of the most forces in the universe, and power lantern that gives the user great control over the physical world as long as the wielder has adequate willpower and strength to control it. Glow-in-the-dark Bowling. Green Lantern has a cool green glow to the power ring so playing various games in glow-in-the-dark paint is a fun way to celebrate a child's birthday. Hang black lights in the party area and have all party guests wear black with small articles of clothing with white. Spray paint plastic bowling pins with glow in the dark/black light sensitive paint. Additionally, other games such as volleyball and basketball can be played to give the Green Lantern party a sports theme.

Green Lantern Logo Puzzle Find. This game is played by splitting party guests into two teams. Cut up two Green Lantern logos from thick card stock paper in several different pieces. The team must stay together at all times and look for puzzles pieces around the party area. If a team finds another team's puzzle piece, they must trade it if they have one of the others pieces. This fun filled game continues play until one of the teams completes the Green Lantern puzzle. If a team finds the last piece the opposing team that piece must be re-hidden in a different location by the party host.

Green Lantern Ball Fury. This is a fun game that requires five boxes and fifty tennis balls to play. Set one box in each of the four corners of the party area, and one box in the center of the floor. The tennis balls will need to be placed in the box which should be located in the middle of the room. Spilt the party guests into four teams. Place the players behind the boxes in the corner of the room in a straight line. The winning team is the team that can get ten tennis balls in the team box first. Teams can take balls from the center box, or from other teams' boxes. When the players hear the hostess say, go the first player scurries to the middle of the room to get a tennis ball from the box.They then run it back and hand it to the next player in their line. That player then puts the ball in their box then runs out to get another ball and so on. The first team to get the ten balls in their box wins.

Green Lantern Ring Toss. Cut out the Green Lantern logo from cardboard and color with green, black, and white paint. The object of the game is to throw the Green lantern logo around a stationary pole (just like in a game of horseshoes. Give each player a five throws per round with ten rounds played per game. The player who has the most successful makes after the ten rounds of play is the winner.
