Bachelor parties can be pretty much anything the Groom will enjoy. Many men want to get together with their buddies and have a couple of drinks. While that type of party is fine, there are more creative and interesting ways to celebrate the bachelors last night of freedom. With the amount of drinking that occurs at bachelor parties, bachelor parties are typically held a week or a couple days before the wedding - this will give all party members a chance to recuperate.
Bachelor Party Venue: Select a venue that is appropriate for the bachelor such as a sporting event, strip club, bar, or at a friend's house for a game tournament. Renting a limo and cruising numerous bars throughout the night is also an option. Men love steak, which is a fact. Perhaps a bachelor party can include a trip to the bachelor's favorite steakhouse.
Parties at a buddy's home can include drinking games; but remember to have designated drivers chosen ahead of time. Dozens of drinking and adult party games will help the bachelor cut loose one last time before his days of drinking heavily with friends comes to an end.
Party games like "Turbo cups" will make the celebration memorable. Each team lines up on opposite sides of the table and with a full glass of beer. Chug the beer, place the glass on the edge of the table, and flip it. Start with the glass right side up and flip it over. When the person flips it the next in line gets to drink their glass of beer and flip the cup. The first team to finish their beers is the winner.
A game that is fun and easy to set up is Ice Tray Quarters; using the right side of the tray as the give side and the left side as the take side. The number of drinks to be given or taken corresponds to how far away the hole is located. One drink for the hole closest and then one more for each one further away. Shoot until missed or hit the (take) side and drink.
Hi-Lo - This game includes two participate at a time, one dealer and one player. The dealer turns over the top card of the deck to start. The player must then guess whether the next card will be higher or lower than the face-up card. Each card turned up is placed in a discard pile. After a wrong guess the player must take as many drinks as there are cards in the discard pile. After guessing higher or lower the next card turned up matches the top card on the pile, the player drinks twice the total of the cards in the discard pile. The fun will depend on people not becoming to intoxicated to enjoy a good game, so use half-shots when needed.
